As Tahana runs he could feel his heart pounding.The sun was bright and warm. Each step felt like days. As he completed the first lap he sees Javen next to him he decided to speed up. As he made it to the rocks he could see Javen in front of him and sprinted to get in front of him he started jogging the he seen his sister and sprinted he could see the finish line. As he passed the crowd they started cheering as he passed the line he felt winded. This year 6 cross country race seemed to be continues. He seen his mum and she said she was very proud of him and was happy he sprinted the rest of it.
